What are the payment options available?

Livepass offers a range of payment options tailored to the needs of its clientele. Here's a summary of the payment options currently available on Livepass:


For Malaysian Clients

Payment Cards

Supported cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Ensure your card is activated for online transactions. Some banks require a one-time activation or verification process for online shopping.

FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

FPX is a payment gateway that provides a seamless way to pay online using your existing current or savings account.

All major local banks in Malaysia are supported. When you choose FPX, you will be directed to a list of banks. Select your bank, and you'll be redirected to your bank's login page to authorise and confirm the payment.


For International Clients (Outside Malaysia)

Payment Cards

Only Visa and MasterCard are supported.

As an international client, ensure your card supports foreign transactions. Sometimes, banks might block international transactions as a security measure unless you've informed them beforehand.


Future Expansions

Livepass plans to expand its payment options as it grows throughout the region. This means that, over time, more diverse payment methods tailored to specific countries or client needs might be added.

Before making a payment, always ensure that:

  • You have a stable internet connection.
  • You've reviewed the total amount and details of your transaction.
